Add a “Career Plans/Goals” section in Mentee profile/onboarding

I think it would be nice for people to input their career goals so they can look out for a mentor who can help them fulfill these goals. Would be nice to have if people go for a “goal-based” matching criteria.

Pricing disclaimers for both regular and dedicated plans

Add a disclaimer on the pricing page, specifically to the wording “unlimited calls”, that says that “you can only queue up to 4 calls at a time”.

Create a visible badge/indicator for MentorsCX employees

I believe it would be good to have some sort of distinction between MentorsCX employees, Mentors and Mentees. That way people don’t get confused if someone from the MentorsCX team reaches out via DM.

Mentee Profile Settings and Setup: Currently, the mentee profile shows information that should only be for mentors such as reviews, price per session, call duration and available slots. Mentee profiles should not have any of this information. The bubble containing the info should be removed.

re-scheduled session was initially marked as incomplete and now I cant change it

I booked a session, it got rescheduled but it wasnt shown in the dashboard so i marked it as incomplete, later the session did happen and now i cant change it anymore what to do?

Enable Trial Sessions Before Payment for New Users

Currently, new users are required to make a payment before they can book a session with any mentor. This upfront payment requirement may act as a barrier for new users who want to experience the platform's value before committing financially. To improve user onboarding and increase conversion, it's proposed that trial sessions be made available to new users before requiring payment.

Adding sessions manually

Since discovery for the platform is pretty low, it would be nice to be able to add sessions manually. Especially if we’re not allowed to charge for our first 4 sessions, forcing a potential client through a platform that’s asking them to pay when you’ve told them the session is free doesn’t compute.

Session Happened Option + Session Notes?

As a mentor, it could be really helpful to have the option to mark off whether a session actually happened. This would make it easier to track which sessions were completed versus those that were missed/no-shows, helping me stay organized and keep an accurate record of my mentoring progress. It would also be great to have a place to leave mentor notes after each session. That way, I could document key takeaways, action items, and any challenges or breakthroughs, which would make it easier to track the mentee's growth over time and provide more tailored guidance in future sessions.
