Session Happened Option + Session Notes?

As a mentor, it could be really helpful to have the option to mark off whether a session actually happened. This would make it easier to track which sessions were completed versus those that were missed/no-shows, helping me stay organized and keep an accurate record of my mentoring progress.

It would also be great to have a place to leave mentor notes after each session. That way, I could document key takeaways, action items, and any challenges or breakthroughs, which would make it easier to track the mentee's growth over time and provide more tailored guidance in future sessions.
